What do we mean by "Non-Traditional Fitness"?
Well, traditional fitness would include using free weights, machines, or participating in the familiar organized sports. Non-traditional would include anything you can think of that gets you strength or aerobic exercise. Our non-traditional equipment includes balls, hoops, cones, obstacles, cards, and a wide open space that can be used year-round.
Non-traditional classes are all of our classes that are open to all ages, as well as our classes that are set up as games and our Let It Go stress relief class. 
If you like the idea, but you're not interested in the classes we offer, you can always come in to use the space and equipment and make up your own games. It's especially awesome to see what creative games your kids will come up with. We hardly see the same game twice!
